Caves and potholes in Abella de la Conca

Abella de la Conca, in Pallars Jussà, spreads over low-mountain terrain at the entrance to the Conca de Tremp, in contact with the eastern foothills of Montsec. A rural, sparsely populated municipality made up of several settlements scattered across the slopes, it preserves a landscape of limestone relief typical of the Pre-Pyrenees, consistent with the presence of catalogued cavities in the area.
