Caves and potholes in Fogars de Montclús

Fogars de Montclús, in the Vallès Oriental, stretches across much of the southern slope of the massís del Montseny, with the sanctuary of Sant Marçal within its boundaries. This mountain relief, covered in beech and holm-oak woods within the natural park, presents varied geological formations that sustain a catalogue of cavities typical of this sector of the massif.
