Caves and potholes in el Pont d'Armentera

El Pont d’Armentera, in the Alt Camp, sits in the valley of the Gaià river, in a low mountain territory that combines Mediterranean woodland with traditional farmland. This relief, formed by limestone materials typical of the comarca, presents a geological context favourable to the presence of cavities, in a municipality of rural character and sparse population.
