Caves and potholes in Ponts

Ponts, in the Noguera, sits in the valley of the Segre river, at a traditional crossing point between the Lleida plain and the more mountainous lands of the pre-Pyrenees. This location, surrounded by limestone reliefs that herald the nearby serra del Montsec, contains cavities consistent with the rich speleological heritage of the Noguera comarca.
