Caves and potholes in Cabó

Cabó, in Alt Urgell, is a small, sparsely populated municipality that spreads across the Pre-Pyrenees, in a territory of narrow valleys between the Segre and the Vansa. Its municipal district, with rugged relief and scarce human presence, preserves scattered settlements of traditional character. This limestone, mid-mountain setting, typical of the Lleida Pre-Pyrenees, favours the formation of karst cavities.
