Caves and potholes in Carme

Carme, in Anoia, spreads at the foot of the foothills approaching the Serra de Montserrat, in a territory of rolling relief amid vineyards and Mediterranean woodland. Its small settlement, of rural character, lies a short distance from the Anoia valley. This terrain transitioning toward the Montserrat massif contains a few minor cavities typical of the area’s limestone and conglomerate relief.
