Caves and shafts in Guardiola de Berguedà

Guardiola de Berguedà, in the north of the Berguedà, sits at the confluence of the rius Llobregat and Bastareny, at a passage point towards the Cadí and the Pedraforca. This Pyrenean location, surrounded by substantial limestone relief, places the municipality in one of the richest karst environments in the comarca, with a catalogue of cavities that reflects it.
