Caves and potholes in Llanars

Llanars, in the vall de Camprodon, stretches along the bank of the riu Ter, adjoining the town of Camprodon, with which it shares this upper stretch of the valley in the Ripollès. Notable here is the parish church of Sant Esteve, of Romanesque origin. Its territory, of wooded Pyrenean relief, rises towards the foothills separating the vall del Ter from the neighbouring valleys, a mountain environment where the substrate also gives rise to the occasional cavity.
