Vallclara, in the Conca de Barberà, is one of the smallest municipalities in the comarca, located near the border with the Priorat and not far from the foothills of the Serra de Montsant. This sparsely populated, mid-mountain landscape of agricultural character holds a catalogue of cavities consistent with the limestone geology of this transitional sector.
