Caves and potholes in Camprodon

Camprodon, at the heart of the eastern Pyrenees, in Ripollès, is known above all for its medieval Pont Nou (12th–14th centuries), which for centuries served as the gateway toward Cerdanya. The municipality brings together several settlements (Beget, Rocabruna, Freixenet, among others) on high-mountain Pyrenean relief with a karst system typical of the Ter headwaters.
