Caves and potholes in Castellcir

Castellcir, in the Moianès, occupies a rural territory on the plateau that gives the comarca its name, with cereal fields and wooded areas between the Vallès Oriental and Osona. Its small village center retains a traditional agricultural character. The limestone bedrock of this inland plateau, similar to that of other municipalities in the Moianès, allows for the presence of a few cavities recorded in the catalogue.
