Caves and potholes in Cervelló

Cervelló, just twenty kilometers from Barcelona, spreads across the landscape of the Ordal, with the puig d’Agulles (653 m) as the highest point in the municipality. Much of the municipality is protected non-developable land within the Xarxa Natura 2000, contiguous with the limestone massif of the Ordal, where karst processes produce a notable catalogue of cavities.
