Caves and potholes in Gaià

Gaià, in the Bages, stretches across a rural municipality of the central plain, with a landscape dominated by dryland farming typical of this part of the comarca, set apart from the large neighbouring towns. Despite the predominantly gentle relief, the municipality contains local limestone formations that sustain the catalogue of cavities recorded there.
