Caves and potholes in Pallejà

Pallejà, in the Baix Llobregat, sits on the bank of the Llobregat river, in a stretch of valley surrounded by the buttresses of the serra de Collserola and the elevations that separate the comarca from the Vallès. This transitional relief, with limestone hills and Mediterranean woodland, holds modest cavities typical of a peri-urban territory that still preserves pockets of mid-mountain terrain.
