Caves and shafts in la Palma de Cervelló

La Palma de Cervelló, in the Baix Llobregat, spreads between the river valley and the first buttresses that connect with the Garraf massif, in a territory of rolling, wooded relief. This proximity to a limestone system so characteristic of the comarca provides a geological context favourable to the formation of cavities, although the municipality’s catalogue is still modest.
