Caves and potholes in Peguera - Ensija

The Peguera - Ensija range, in Berguedà, rises as a natural extension of Cadí-Moixeró to the south, with peaks exceeding 2,000 meters. This high-mountain relief, on limestone terrain, generates high-altitude karst there with potholes of considerable depth, consistent with the rest of the nearby Pyrenean massifs.
