Caves and potholes in Amer

Amer, in la Selva, grew up around an old collegiate church of medieval origin, by the river Brugent, in a valley that serves as a passage between les Guilleries and the plain of la Selva. Its relief, wooded and mountainous across much of the municipal district, contains limestone formations that give rise to the catalogued cavities of the area.
