Caves and potholes in Castelldefels

Castelldefels, in the Baix Llobregat, combines a long urban beach with the old town dominated by the medieval castle that crowns the hill above the village. Situated between the Llobregat delta and the first foothills of the Garraf massif, the municipality stretches from the coastal plain to a steeper relief further inland. In this sector close to the Garraf, the catalogue records a few karst cavities.
