Caves and potholes in Sant Esteve de la Sarga

Sant Esteve de la Sarga, in the Pallars Jussà, is one of the smallest municipalities in Catalonia by population, with a town council that was housed for twenty years in an apartment in Tremp before returning to the village itself. Its territory, surrounded by Pre-Pyrenean ranges such as the Montsec, retains a strongly rural character, with limestone terrain that generates a notable number of catalogued cavities.
