Caves with Conglomerats lithology

Conglomerates are rocks of rounded pebbles bound by a cement that, when calcareous, can also dissolve —this is how cavities form through a process halfway between classic karst and mechanical erosion. The walls usually retain the characteristic texture of the embedded pebbles, a trait that visually distinguishes a cave in conglomerate from one in massive limestone.
